Human beings are not just a chemical composition. Humans are a composition of emotion and chemical processes. For the evolution of humans, only a complex structure is not responsible. The complexity of emotion also plays a major role.

The state of mind is emotion. A mental response to the outer circumstances is emotion. When we gain something profitable that time whatever you feel is the emotion. Whenever you are in trouble the feeling of that time is emotional. The mental outcome of physical activity and sensible activity is emotion.

The mental response to outer actions for survival is emotion.

Emotion can be classified into many types but the major emotions or basic emotions are

·         Fear

·         Happiness

·         Sadness

All the above emotion is found in every kind of humans. These emotions influence to act on something or Force to act. Without these emotions or all the other types of emotion, evolution was not possible.

These emotions are the main cause of all the events. Sometimes physical needs also lost importance in front of emotional needs.

Is it OK to have the emotion, or not having the emotion?

 Well, emotions are as important as oxygen. Human take an effort to save themselves or to save others just because of emotion. Fear of losing life is the cause of the existence of all the leaving animals. If you are thinking about the trees and plants do they have emotions? they might have the emotion or might not be, but they don’t take such active action as the animal takes. This might be due to a lack of emotion. If they have emotion we are unable to notice them.

Emotions are the reason for efficiency, accuracy, and decision capacity.

Emotion can affect health. Different emotion has a different effect on physical health.

All emotions are necessary for life but excessive use or excess of emotion can harm. Everything is poison beyond the limit. Love, Happiness caring nature is supposed to be a good emotion. Anger, fear, sadness is supposed to be bad emotion.

Good emotion is the reason for the bad emotion, and bad emotion is the reason for good emotion.

We fear to lose something whom do we love. The reason for fear is love. If someone restricts our happiness then we get angry at them. Life is a game of emotion. We need to use every emotion in a balanced way.

Practice these tones. when you meet your old friend suddenly and if you’re happy to meet him the tone of your voice is something different than normal voice. the same tone can be used to show someone that you are happy to see him.
