Brainwash isn’t a bad thing you can brainwash yourself for success, brainwash yourself to be happy. This technic is not limited to this only, you can brainwash yourself to forget someone or to be confident in life and many more things can be done by brainwash.

“Brainwashing is nothing but changing the beliefs” we are the creatures of habit, repetition creates belief.   We are brainwashed to believe something and that we trust today. The people who trust god they are brainwashed to believe in god. The people who don’t trust god they are brainwashed not to trust the god existence.

Brainwashing reduces someone’s ability to think independently. It forces you to believe something continually telling you the same thing and preventing you from other things.  

How brainwashing works?


You see the same advertisement, again and again, every day and the repetition of advertising change your beliefs.  Suppose you want to purchase a shirt for yourself and when you go to the mall you will choose a brand which you had seen many times. You think that this brand is trustworthy even you say I heard about this many times this must be good. But the truth is that there are a lot of other shirts which are very good than a brand shirt but you will not believe that easily.

Whoever controls the media controls the mind. Nowadays we believe in media blindly, I don’t mean that media do the wrong thing but media could change the belief of people. Whatever we see in the news we trust easily.

People use brainwash technic for their purpose and profit.  Only Advertising companies are not using the brainwashing technique. A lot of people use brainwashing consciously or unconsciously.
Religions brainwash people to believe in their religion, politician brainwashes the public to trust their party and to vote for them.

The best personal life example, whenever you have a fight with someone what you do?  You try to show people how another person is wrong and how you are right. You use your own technics to brainwash the people. You want them to believe you not the other person.

We learned a lot of things in our childhood. We made most of our beliefs in our childhood. The parents and society are responsible for that, whatever we believe today is just because of our society. Our society forces us to believe that but still, you think that this is my own opinion this is the best example of brainwashing.

If you don’t run your own mind someone else will run your mind. But he will run your mind for his purpose for his profit not for your profit. So it’s better to run your own mind for a good thing.
First of all, stop being brainwashed by others.  Do some mental effort before doing anything.

Our mind works in two ways an automatic way and an attention way.

When you answer for 1+1 =? Is automatic

But when you find an answer to 128548+ 74040=? You need attention

So pay attention to whatever you do. Pay attention don’t use your mind in an automatic way.

Re-educate your brain


Read-only that thing which will help you to reach your goals. Don’t get involved in unnecessary things they will just distract you.  Do the same thing again and again. If you want to lose weight take step towards it. thinking only about how well you can lose your body mass will help you more. Keep your mind always busy towards your goal.

How others are showing you the same thing again and again. Telling you the same thing again.do the same but, for good, for yourself. Tell yourself you can do that, you can achieve that. The last few decades in India were horrible. 80% of graduated youth was brainwashed.  They selected their graduation unconsciously.  Now India has a huge number, unemployed engineers.

5 Ways to get better sleep



Well, we know the importance of sleep. But we are not aware of how to get better sleep. Here are a few points which can help you to get better sleep.

Having a good diet helps you sleep well


Everybody gives different responses to different food. Still few things are common. Here we go

Don't drink too much water before going to bed. Drinking water is good for health but not good for sleep if you’re taking too much water just before going to bed. That can disturb your sleep.
You can drink water before an hour of sleep. The reason why not to drink too much water is simple. After drinking too much water you might need to pee just after an hour and you need to wake up when you’re very close to sleep. Disgusting, breaking your sleep just to pee.

Eat less sugar. Sugar gives too much energy that will keep you awake for too long.

Don’t need to tell you about coffee and tea differently I know you are aware that drinking coffee keeps you awake for the night.

Drinking warm milk can help you to sleep well. Many other foods can help you to sleep well. Alcohol is not at all good for sleep. As I said everybody responds differently to different food. That’s why I made a chart for you. You can enter your data and one day you will get your body response report. You can find the chart at the last of this post there I mentioned how to fill and how to use this chart.

Sleep loves darkness


Light affects the sleep cycle. Light affects several Harmon’s. When you expose to a significant amount of light it makes you feel awake.
Do you afraid of darkness. Don’t worry I don’t want to keep you in a black hole. Just turn off the light in your bedroom or you can use a proper night lamp. That night lamp will make you brave ohh ya!! I can fight with darkness.
There are a lot of wearables that can help you to sleep in sunlight also. Just cover your eyes with the light shield. Make sure if possible you sleep in absolute darkness.

Never ever go for a nap just before your sleep hours. It’s just like if you have a single piece of cake before lunch and magic happened you couldn’t take half of your regular meal just because of a piece of cake.
Try to fix your sleep timing it’s better to sleep before 10pm and wake up before 6am or you can go a bit longer if you need more than 8 hours of sleep. Sleep quota changes with age and gender and it is different for different people. Noon naps are good for health.

Nighttime was a time of fear. Even now also some people may afraid of the night with loneliness. Sleep with someone who is trustworthy. Those bedmates can offer a strong sense of security. Hugging someone gives you a more satisfying filling and this is enough for relaxation. A relaxed body and mind are important for good sleep.
Sleeping with family members was good practice. If you're married no doubt you were sleeping with your partner and that is more satisfying moment.

Reasons for peoples not getting enough sleep are deeply personal, specific to their lives and circumstances.
When we are in normal condition and we find difficulty to sleep then following things can help or even if due to any tension you are unable to sleep this could help you more.
When we are relaxed and comfortable in our environment were more likely to sleepy. Manipulating a few factors you can feel comfortable and relaxed  

Temperature


The ideal sleeping temperature is   60 to 66 Degree Fahrenheit we can manage a buffer of 5 to 6 degree above and below that (54-75) sleep is disrupted.

 Noise


No one likes to sleep in a noisy environment. Well, there are few creatures like my brother who don’t care about any environmental condition. But for the normal being, the noise matters a lot. Too much silence is also not good because in that silence you could hear the sound of watch Tik-Tik, the sound of a water drop, the sound of your own breath. Ooh, that’s creepy!! So you may need any constant or low volume noise like fan, AC, cooler which will minimize the disturbing unpredictable noises.

Physical activity and meditation


We also sleep better when we make time for regular physical activity. The common reason for not getting sleep is stress. Anything that can help us to de-stress can help to sleep. Meditation can help you to de-stress.

Whenever we do the mistake to select our life partner/boyfriend/girlfriend or when our life partner changes the behavior after a few days or years. We are unable to decide what to do. Because you're addicted to the person but now you don’t like his/her behavior for some reason.

Well, this is the trickier question. We don’t have structured data for a good life partner. And the definition of good life partner changes person to person. Your expectation from the life partner and the response to your expectation can decide the rank of life partner. It's not like that, always another one is wrong. You can be also wrong in your place.

 If you lost the interest in your life partner after a few time then don’t expect the good response from a life partner. If you have changed behavior then you will also get the changed result.

Keep your love flame always warm. Humans get bored to the repeated thing. Bring good changes in your behavior. Improve your relation at every step. Your love must strengthen every day. The bad one can be changed to a good one and a good one can turn into a bad one. You are the driver of your relationship on your path there is no chance to blame anyone for any reason.
